It's Easy To Make An On-Line Purchase - Just A Few Simple Steps

1. Buyer's Information

   • Buyer fills out basic "Buyer Information" form - click here

   • This exact information will be used on all purchase documents.

2. Vehicle Inspection - your choice of several possibilities - click here

   • In Person Inspection

   • You hire a professional inspection

   • Live Video and Audio walk-around inspection ​

   • No inspection

3. Agree on Purchase Price and Details​

4. Optional - Buyer may choose to submit a $500 "Car Hold Deposit" and may use a credit card to do so.

5. Documents - Gasville USA emails to Buyer the following:

   • Buyers Guide (Fed required document for all Dealer car sales)​

   • Invoice which includes car VIN, Price and Terms

   • Gasville USA Purchase Agreement

   • PDF image of Car Title - front and back

   • Buyer returns to Gasville USA:​

     • Signed Gasville USA Purchase Agreement​

6. Vehicle Payment - see acceptable "Forms of Payment"

7. Bill of Sale:

   • Upon Payment in full, Gasville USA completes Bill of Sale​

   • Gasville USA emails Bill of Sale to Buyer

   • Buyer signs Bill of Sale and returns copy to Gasville USA

8. Vehicle Title​ - Buyer's choice of title delivery​​

   • USPS Priority Postal Mail with Tracking Number - no additional cost​

   • FedEx or UPS Delivery - Gasville USA will charge Buyer's credit card for reimbursement for out-of-pocket shipping cost.

   • Insert Vehicle Title in vehicle glove box - to be delivered with vehicle. No additional cost - at buyer's risk.

9. Vehicle Transport​
